Job Description Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA. 3+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience. Strong expertise in SAP Finance modules (FICO). Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets processes. Experience working with global teams across multiple regions and time zones. Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills. Experience: SAP ABAP development in complex ERP environments. Supporting and enhancing global financial systems. Leading technical initiatives and mentoring SAP development teams. Working with external vendors and cross-functional business partners. Responsibilities: Act as senior developer and technical lead for global Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets ERP platforms. Lead Client, documentation, and understanding of AP/FA processes across regions. Design, develop, and implement technical enhancements on SAP ERP platforms. Oversee ABAP development, ensuring best practices and code quality. Design and support ETL processes for SAP data integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP technical issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors across North America, Europe, and APAC. Mentor and guide SAP developers and application team members. Evaluate SAP technology trends and recommend system improvements. Should Have: Experience in Agile project environments. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migrations or implementations. Skills: SAP ABAP. SAP FICO. Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets processes. ERP systems and integrations. ETL and data integration concepts. Technical leadership and mentoring. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Qualification and Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. Nice to Have: SAP FI certifications. .NET programming experience.
