The impact you’ll make Reporting to the Product Manager, as the Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll elevate the digital experience across our platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping intuitive, engaging, and customer‑centric interfaces that drive satisfaction and conversion across the web, mobile, and in‑store digital touchpoints. You will collaborate cross‑functionally to define and execute design strategies that align with business goals and user needs. What you’ll do Lead the end‑to‑end UX/UI design process for digital experiences, from discovery to delivery. In partnership with Product Owner and cross‑functional stakeholders, identify customer problems and define business objectives and generate user insights to design digital experiences. Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups using tools like Figma. Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across digital products. Collaborate with product owner, developers, marketing, creative and product teams to align design with business and technical requirements. Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive user experiences. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively. Support with QA on all releases to verify design fidelity, usability and functionality before launch. Stay current with retail UX trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging technologies. Support the business with ad‑hoc projects and initiatives to propel the customer digital experience. We’d love to hear from you if you have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, within retail, e‑commerce, or consumer‑facing digital products. Must have experience supporting UX/UI for websites. Shopify experience would be nice to have, but not required. Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). Proficiency in data and analytics and insights platforms (Shopify, GA4, FullStory). Solid understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and responsive design. Experience with user research methodologies and data‑driven design. Familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities. The compensation range on average for this position is from $85,000 - 95,000 annually . Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
