**Job Title: Avionics Technician****Job Description**We are seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to work on avionics components for twin otter aircraft. The role involves installing, testing, and troubleshooting avionics parts, as well as potentially performing bench work as required. The technician will receive training specific to the aircraft and will work within one of the three primary cells: Fuselage, Panel, or Wings.**Responsibilities**Install avionics parts into aircraft.Wire components, crimp, terminate, and splice wires.Conduct testing and troubleshooting of equipment.Read and interpret blueprints.Perform soldering and assembly tasks.Engage in potential bench work as required.**Essential Skills**5+ years of experience in avionics.Proficiency in troubleshooting and installing avionics systems.Ability to read blueprints.Experience with wiring, crimping, and splicing wires.Soldering skills.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience with Garmin systems.Avionics license.**Why Work Here?**Working within the aviation industry at the fourth largest airplane manufacturer in the world offers a unique opportunity. The technician will be part of a team of four, led by a team lead, and will have access to all necessary tools on site. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with a day shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM and potential for an evening shift from 2:30 PM to 11 PM starting in mid-October.
