Build sales experience at Convoy in Etobicoke through customer communication, product learning, and practical commercial training. This 12-month term is based at 180 Bethridge Road.
As a Sales Development Intern, you will learn Customer Service, Multichannel Sales, and Outside Sales Representative functions. You will explore building materials, customer relationships, and commercial operations through coaching and hands-on assignments. The program supports foundational sales development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to product, pricing, and service questions
- Prepare quotes, process orders and returns
- Coordinate deliveries with branch and warehouse teams
- Research customers, qualify leads, and reconnect accounts
- Track conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Interest in sales, business development, and building materials
- Clear communication and willingness to ask questions
- Initiative, persistence, and openness to feedback
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Basic computer application skills and teamwork
Develop customer relationships, product knowledge, and sales skills through Convoy’s coached Etobicoke development program.
