Position Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kingsley Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various talent functions within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company\'s staffing needs. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure efficient recruitment.
