About the role The role focuses on building trust with families navigating critical decisions, managing the entire admissions lifecycle, and ensuring a concierge‑caliber service that leverages AI as a strategic enabler. Responsibilities Oversee the entire admissions lifecycle for assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision. Evaluate inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI‑generated insights. Serve as the sole point of contact for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and follow‑through, ensuring a premium experience at every stage. Utilize AI‑powered tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to prioritize tasks, automate outreach sequences, and minimize administrative overhead. Qualify prospects, guide decision‑making, and deliver concierge‑level support throughout the process. Qualifications 3+ years client‑facing experience with documented conversion results (admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting). Demonstrated history of managing high‑stakes or emotionally nuanced conversations with professionalism and empathy. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi‑phase processes from prospect to close. Confirmed capability with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization. Detail‑oriented excellence in documentation accuracy, timely follow‑up, and CRM data integrity. Located in the U.S. or Canada, authorized to work independently of visa sponsorship. Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability. Nice‑to‑have Requirements Knowledge of Alpha’s educational model or expressed commitment to transforming education. Working with us Full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position, immediately available. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record.
