This is a tailored, concierge-level engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process or scripted outreach. You will guide the complete admissions lifecycle for your assigned families from initial inquiry through transition, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint. Your focus will include inquiry qualification, decision support, and the strategic use of AI to handle administrative tasks so you can prioritize what drives results: trust-building, conversion, and relationship stewardship. What You Will Be Doing Overseeing the complete admissions lifecycle for designated families with professionalism, sensitivity, and precision. Assessing inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through intelligent discovery, CRM analytics, and AI-generated insights. Serving as the sole point of accountability for parent correspondence, meeting coordination, and ongoing engagement — ensuring a premium experience at every stage. Deploying AI-enabled platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline workload, automate routine processes, and eliminate low-value tasks. Navigating bureaucratic delays — you won’t be constrained by multi-layer approvals or dependency on other teams for progress. Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact throughout the entire journey. Senior Admissions Consultant Key Responsibilities Execute a premium, conversion-focused admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory. Basic Requirements 3+ years of experience in client-centric roles with quantifiable conversion performance (such as admissions, luxury goods, major gifts, or executive search). Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex dialogues with grace and empathy. Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience stewarding multi-phase engagement cycles from lead intake to closure. Established competence using AI applications, automation frameworks, and task prioritization systems. Consistent capability to execute with precision — encompassing documentation accuracy, timely follow-through, and CRM discipline. Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available. Availability to accommodate evening and weekend commitments aligned with family time zones and preferences.
