Physical & Safety Requirements Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to X-Group safety policies and SOPs. PPE: Ability to wear required gear (steel‑toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection). Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate an active industrial shop floor.
