People-focused Senior Engineering Manager with a Passion for Building new SW Innovations Trackunit is seeking a senior engineering manager to lead two software engineering teams, combining frontend, backend, data, and external engineers to develop and maintain software that enables over‑the‑air (OTA) access to construction machinery via our IoT devices. Overview You will be part of a cross‑functional leadership team that includes other engineering managers, product managers, and designers. You will be responsible for all aspects of the product areas within strategic product initiatives, including setting direction and communicating current status and plans. With our main Canadian hub in London, Ontario, we offer a flexible setup – you may work from the hub or remotely within Ontario, but you are expected to be present at the hub regularly. Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and motivate two software engineering teams. Facilitate planning to demos, retrospectives, and ideation of new features. Define and maintain strategic direction for your team in close collaboration with product management. Advocate for "The Trackunit Way" and promote an inclusive, high‑performance culture. Participate in a cross‑functional leadership team and communicate product initiatives. Qualifications Experience leading and technically guiding software development teams across multiple initiatives. Strong faith in people‑first leadership and fostering an inclusive environment.
