Overview Business Systems Analyst – Life Insurance (Ingenium) Location: Toronto 3 days onsite Are you a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Ingenium and a solid understanding of life insurance products ? Join our clients' enterprise team and help drive impactful system enhancements, solve complex business problems, and support mission‑critical policy administration initiatives. What You’ll Do Represent and champion business requirements throughout the project lifecycle Define and design business functionality for Ingenium and related systems Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and drive value Analyze business challenges and opportunities, and perform benefit analysis Conduct business and systems analysis , evaluating solution alternatives Document detailed business and functional requirements Perform functional testing and support UAT Contribute to training plans, business readiness, and implementation activities What You Bring ✔ Experience with Ingenium 5.4 and/or 7.7 policy administration systems ✔ Strong knowledge of life insurance products ✔ Degree in Commerce, MIS, Business Administration , or equivalent experience ✔ Broad understanding of business operations in an enterprise environment ✔ Familiarity with IT project methodologies and best practices ✔ Strong analytical , problem-solving , and consulting skills ✔ Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal) ✔ Ability to work effectively in a team environment ✔ Adaptability, strong time management, and organizational skills ✔ Good understanding of information systems and technology concepts #J-18808-Ljbffr
