Role Lead and support the daily operations of the Personal Lines team, fostering a productive and collaborative environment. Resolve client escalations promptly and professionally, protecting BIG’s reputation for exceptional service. Oversee complex Personal Lines files that require deeper expertise and strategic problem‑solving. Train, mentor, and develop Account Managers to help them grow and succeed. Ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, and internal standards are consistently met. Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless client experience. Strengthen long‑standing client relationships and proactively address evolving needs. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Champion BIG’s values and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture. Provide performance observations and feedback to the Manager, Personal Lines Service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. RIBO license. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on Personal Lines (home, auto, travel). Post‑secondary education in Business, Insurance, or related field (an asset). Previous leadership or supervisory experience (an asset).
