Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized person who is passionate

about supporting the spiritual, emotional, and professional transformation of leaders

and organizations. This individual would provide excellent system-wide support to

empower the impactful delivery of our offerings: leadership coaching, leadership

equipping cohorts, projects, communications, and our organizational transformation

work.

The ideal candidate would align well with the vision, mission, and core values of LFT. This individual will need excellent communication skills, a proactive capacity that can anticipate needs and next steps, detail oriented, dependable follow through, and a desire to support others. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of LFT staff and the services we provide.
