Manager, Solutions Consulting Guide and grow our presales function at Loopio. Lead a team of Solutions Consultants while supporting key enterprise opportunities. Play a critical role in shaping how prospects experience Loopio through discovery, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts. In this role, partner closely with Sales leadership to align presales strategy with company goals, establish scalable processes, and ensure consistent revenue impact. Serve as bridge between Sales, Product, and Marketing to share market insights. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and develop the Solutions Consulting team: provide coaching, mentorship, and career development. Elevate sales effectiveness: partner with Sales leadership for strategy, messaging, and value delivery. Drive operational excellence: establish scalable processes for discovery, demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical validation. Set standards and measure impact: define success metrics and monitor performance. Champion cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Contribute to strategic deals: support enterprise opportunities and model best‑in‑class planning. Stay ahead of the market: keep current on competitive trends and best practices. What You’ll Bring to the Team Leadership experience: proven ability to lead and inspire presales professionals in a high‑growth SaaS company. Presales excellence: 3+ years of technical sales, solutions consulting, or proposal management experience with enterprise deals. Process orientation: skilled at building repeatable processes and frameworks. Strategic mindset: see both details and the big picture of presales driving revenue. Executive presence: comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies. Collaboration and influence: adept at partnering across functions and influencing without direct authority. Growth orientation: committed to developing talent and embracing new technology. Cultural alignment: embody Loopio’s values of curiosity, grit, and honesty while working as #oneteam. Software experience: must have Salesforce; ideally experience with Seismic, HubSpot, and MS Dynamics. Where You’ll Work Remote‑first workplace headquartered in Canada. We require candidates who reside in the Greater Toronto Area or can access our co‑working space in Downtown Toronto for occasional sales team events.
