What You’ll Do Talent Management & Acquisition – Lead full‑cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and onboarding initiatives for purpose‑led clients. Employee Relations & Engagement – Provide strategic guidance through retention, training, and culture‑building in remote‑first environments. Performance & Development – Create actionable development plans, design high‑performance frameworks, and support career growth. Personal Brand & Influence Building – Use platforms like LinkedIn, Zoom, and digital tools to amplify your career through attraction marketing, thought leadership and global reach. Organisational Change & Culture Consulting – Drive change initiatives and support clients in aligning values with scalable, human‑first practices and success education principals. Learning & Development Advocacy – Champion mindset, leadership, and performance mentoring tools that support confidence, resilience, and self‑leadership. What You Bring 5+ years of progressive HR experience (talent acquisition, mentoring, leadership development, or similar), ideally in multi‑state or global settings. Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and aligning people strategy with personal business goals. Proficiency in interpreting engagement metrics and driving process improvements. Confidence in digital platforms (Zoom, LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, etc.). A strong online presence, or the willingness to develop one, and the ability to share your voice authentically. Exceptional communication, independent‑leadership, and storytelling skills.
