PositionOverview The Vice President, IT Infrastructure & Operations isresponsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all third-partyand internally managed IT infrastructure used to support businessprocess and services across the enterprise. This is achieved through theeffective delivery of IT services through the management andorchestration of people, products, providers, and processes.Additionally, this role has responsibility to oversee Digital Workplace,service ticketing and management, and collaboration tools used acrossthe enterprise. This position operates as a strategic partner andtrusted advisor with leaders across the business to plan and manage thework associated with the launch of new products and the integration ofnewly acquired businesses. This role will define IT strategy andrepresent IT to executives throughout the business. This position hassignificant influence across the organization and as a member of theexecutive IT leadership team, is accountable to the business for theperformance of information technology infrastructure and operations.Essential Duties: include but are not limited to the following:Establish the mission and vision of the I&O organization to foster abusiness-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual serviceimprovement techniques. Oversee the development of the I&O servicestrategy and technical roadmap and ensure its integration with theoverall IT and enterprise strategic plans. Lead the development of theannual operating plan for IT infrastructure and operations, deliveringthe necessary set of initiatives, budget, and staffing plan to supportannual business goals. Serve as a member of the IT leadership team,participating in the development of IT\'s long-range plan and operatingmodel to meet the strategic direction of the business. Participate inthe design of IT\'s performance scorecard and quarterly business reviewupdates, communicating successes and challenges associated with IT\'sperformance.
