Our clients span the defence community, academia and research groups, and diverse commercial industries. Whether the opportunity is large or small, we help teams understand requirements, improve their competitiveness, and successfully navigate government procurement. Role Overview Yes administrative support but it goes beyond this. You will be deeply involved in research, opportunity identification, strategic analysis, and business development for GANDEAU and our clients. You don’t need to be a procurement expert, but you do need to know the basics, be curious, and be willing to learn the rest quickly. Qualifications Must‑Have: 1–4 years of experience in research, business development, procurement support, public sector/consulting, or project coordination. Some knowledge of government procurement (federal, provincial, or municipal). Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information clearly. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn public procurement at a deeper level. Nice‑to‑Have: Experience with CanadaBuys, SAP Ariba, SOVRA/Merx, or similar platforms. An interest in defence, infrastructure, or tech sectors. Prior work with SMEs or consulting environments.
