As the voice of TD, you’ll be passionate about understanding our customers and consistently delivering legendary customer service. What You’ll Do As the voice of TD, you’ll provide value‑based advice conversations, help callers with new home or vehicle purchases, and address complex inquiries on existing insurance policies. You will: Make people’s day: deliver outstanding customer service and deepen relationships through value‑based conversations. Solve problems efficiently: resolve inquiries at the first point of contact with empathy. Achieve goals: consistently reach performance objectives, including customer experience survey results and compliance regulations. Never stop learning: actively engage in ongoing training and coaching. Where You’ll Work After in‑person training, the role operates in a hybrid model: at least 4 days a week at a TD premise, with flexibility to work from home on other days. What You Need To Succeed Post‑secondary education and/or relevant experience. (Quebec only) Minimum education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent + AMF decision for at least three years of full‑time employment. Availability Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑8 PM, Saturdays 9 AM‑4 PM. Exceptional listening and curiosity to help customers with value‑based advice. Multitasking ability and navigation of computer systems. Digital literacy across devices. Flexibility, resilience and positive attitude. Independent and team‑oriented work style. Integrity handling sensitive information. Strong verbal and written communication. Insurance (General) knowledge or provincial license is an asset. Fully bilingual in French and English. Residence in Ontario. 2+ years of customer‑service/sales experience.
