And because of this collaboration, we've created an atmosphere that's fun, supportive, and alive with energy**\*\* This position will service the market area of Dryden/Kenora.****What We Offer*** This is a commissioned role* Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug, and EAP Benefits after 30 days of employment* Comprehensive customizable benefits program to suit you and your family needs including dental, vision, prescription drugs and extended health coverage* Company matched retirement program* Profit sharing* Training and career advancement opportunities* Gordon Food Service product discounts* Employee appreciation events* Family culture**Duties & Responsibilities*** Constantly seeking opportunities for growth and development for new and existing customers.* You will be responsible for the profitability of your overall territory, maximizing the tools that Gordon Food Service provides you, to exceed your customer's expectations of service, quality and partnership.* Act as a business partner to customer accounts, with a focus on helping the customer increase their business, providing customer menu solutions as needed.* Promote new products and marketplace trends to new and existing customers.* Review territory reports to evaluate progress and sales volume by tracking budgets and business plans as well as identifying product line targets for accounts.* Liaise with your District Sales Manager (DSM) to ensure consistency of customer contracts and opportunities that exist to increase business through selling to the contract.* Liaise with Customer Support Center, Marketing, Warehouse, Transportation and Credit Department and as required to ensure customer satisfaction with all products and services.**What we are looking for*** 3 +years of experience in food services* Atleast 1 year experience in sales and proven skills in negotiation* Must love taking initiative and driving results* Must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure* Excellent in customer service and self driven* Collaborative and dynamic skills to work under pressured environments* Post-secondary education in Business, Sales or Marketing is an asset* Multilingual skills will be an asset#GFSCA### We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those selected for the next stage will be contacted.
