Step into a collaborative hub with our revamped office, and enjoy free parking, endless coffee, delicious Lactalis snacks, an on-site gym, and more About the opportunity: Within the Corporate IT environment, the Sr. Systems Analyst for Sales and Distribution supports the SAP system and third‑party solutions for all business units throughout the Order to Invoice process flows (i.e. Finance, Sales, Supply Chain) by partnering with unit Directors to identify required technology solutions that support achievement of business objectives and working with the business to define the requirements for new systems or process enhancements to the existing applications. The attributes we are looking for: Determine customer requirements by gathering information concerning business needs and improvement opportunities. Plan the implementation of system changes by preparing project plans, timelines, and developing system and technical design specifications. Implement changes by developing functional specifications, designing, and configuring process and system enhancements, developing and executing unit and integration testing plans, coordinating the implementation of the changes, and preparing configuration and user documentation for each project. Develop, measure, and monitor ongoing effectiveness of SAP System design for the assigned business unit. Provide ongoing support by identifying and resolving system problems, develop enhancements to reduce support requirements and training end users in the use of SAP and business processes. Implement and maintain 3rd party software solutions. What you will bring: University degree (or equivalent level of work experience). SAP certification in related module(s) is an asset. Minimum eight (8) years’ experience implementing and supporting SAP ECC. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to provide a high level of customer service. Ability to communicate effectively with all employees including the executive levels. Ability to develop and present formal presentations. Ability to provide leadership and training for others. Ability to function effectively as a team leader, team facilitator and team member. Ability to maintain current knowledge of new developments in technical areas for possible application within the company. Thorough understanding of database design and data modeling techniques. Strong understanding and ability to optimize business processes, systems and reporting requirements for assigned business unit, in relation to the packaged goods industry.
