Warehouse Manager

Reporting to the Superintendent, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of warehouse operations. Key duties include, but are not limited to: Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock levels. Handle purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and related paperwork. Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow between office and warehouse. Prepare, receive, and process material orders for projects and shipments. Arrange transportation for deliveries via trucking or courier. Inspect, pack, and label materials for shipping; prepare shipping documents. Unload and stock merchandise manually or using equipment (including forklift). Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and general warehouse organization. Maintain accuracy and uphold safety and housekeeping standards. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience is preferred. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of construction tools/equipment. Computer software proficiency – email and inventory management software – is preferred.
