I'm looking for a payroll and accounting clerk for a company in the legal field located in Joliette:
Reporting to the accounting department:
- Produce payroll for 80 employees
- Complete payroll cycle
- Perform month-end remittances
- Work with Human Resources to assist employees
- Produce payroll entries
- Perform supplier invoice entry
- Coding and payment of invoices
- Other related tasks

What we're looking for:
- Someone who masters the complete payroll cycle
- No accounting experience is required
- Knowledge of ADP software (an asset)
- Good teaching skills
We offer:
- A 36.25-hour working week
- Salary between 50k and 62k
- Group insurance
- Employer RRSP contribution
- 2 days of remotework
