Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Manage office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new procedures. Serves as a point of contact for internal and external communication. Coordinate with different departments and teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the office. Ability to maintain professionalism and cordiality when working with others Provide administrative assistance in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This may include tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining office calendars. May act as lead to other administrative staff ensuring smooth workflow, and assist in interpreting policies, procedures, and processes and clarifies as appropriate. May oversee record maintenance.
