As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring on an experienced and driven Development Manager or Senior Development Manager (title to be determined based on experience) to help lead the execution of our upcoming projects. Position Overview: This role will take ownership of large-scale urban development projects from acquisition through to completion. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery — from early design and entitlements to construction and final handover. This position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a key role in the ongoing evolution of Landa’s project pipeline and corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead all phases of the development lifecycle for multi-family and mixed-use projects Manage consultants, architects, and municipal approvals through the rezoning, development permit, and building permit process Coordinate internal teams including sales&marketing, construction, and customer care Oversee project budgets, schedules, pro formas, and ensure financial objectives are met Maintain strong working relationships with city staff, community stakeholders, and industry partners Monitor risk factors, resolve project-related issues, and proactively manage timelines and approvals Support broader corporate strategy and contribute to organizational growth Qualifications: 6-10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development (title dependent on experience) Demonstrated experience managing complex residential and/or mixed-use projects Solid understanding of municipal planning, rezoning, and permitting processes in Metro Vancouver Strong financial analysis skills with experience in pro forma modeling and budget oversight Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Passionate about architecture, design, and creating meaningful places that stand the test of time Why Join Landa: Be part of a fast-growing, high-performance team shaping the future of Vancouver’s skyline Work on landmark, architecturally significant projects that define innovation and quality Contribute meaningfully to every stage of the development process Enjoy a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits Collaborate in a dynamic, design-driven environment based in the heart of Downtown Vancouver How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role to . #J-18808-Ljbffr
