We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Leader to plan and deliver complex audio‑visual, videoconferencing, and enterprise I&IT infrastructure projects in secure, high‑availability environments. This role leads projects end‑to‑end—from initiation and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning, and close‑out—while managing multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead medium to large, technically complex I&IT and audio‑visual projects across the full project lifecycle Develop and manage project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers Coordinate procurement of hardware, software, circuits, bandwidth, and professional services Provide leadership to project teams, vendors, contractors, and service providers Oversee on‑site system installation, testing, commissioning, and client handover Apply change management principles to support business adoption and stakeholder readiness Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex I&IT initiatives 5+ years of hands‑on experience with audio‑visual and videoconferencing technologies Strong knowledge of AV, telecommunications, VoIP, video over IP, and enterprise infrastructure Experience managing vendors, procurement, and contractual agreements Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multi‑vendor environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Preferred Qualifications Experience in public‑sector or highly regulated environments Background in secure or high‑sensitivity technology environments Familiarity with IT security, high‑availability, and compliance requirements Key Deliverables Project charters, schedules, and communication plans Procurement and mobilization plans Risk and change management documentation System installation oversight and testing coordination Client commissioning, handover, and project close‑out Lessons learned and knowledge transfer documentation Why Join Lead high‑impact, enterprise‑scale technology projects Work on cutting‑edge AV and I&IT solutions Collaborate with experienced technical and business teams Competitive contract engagement with extension potential Apply now if you are a senior project leader with deep audio‑visual and I&IT delivery experience and a proven ability to manage complex, high‑visibility initiatives.
