Role Summary
We are seeking a
Senior Project Manager / Leader
to plan and deliver
complex audio-visual, videoconferencing, and enterprise I&IT infrastructure projects
in secure, high-availability environments. This role leads projects end-to-end—from initiation and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning, and close-out—while managing multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large, technically complex
  I&IT and audio-visual projects
  across the full project lifecycle
• Develop and manage
  project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Coordinate
  procurement
  of hardware, software, circuits, bandwidth, and professional services
• Provide leadership to
  project teams, vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Oversee
  on-site system installation, testing, commissioning, and client handover
• Apply
  change management principles
  to support business adoption and stakeholder readiness
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered
  on time, within scope, and on budget

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years
  of
  project management experience
  delivering complex I&IT initiatives
• 5+ years
  of hands-on experience with
  audio-visual and videoconferencing technologies
• Strong knowledge of
  AV, telecommunications, VoIP, video over IP, and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience managing
  vendors, procurement, and contractual agreements
• Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Experience managing
  budgets, schedules, and multi-vendor environments
• Proficiency with
  Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in
  public-sector or highly regulated environments
• Background in
  secure or high-sensitivity technology environments
• Familiarity with
  IT security, high-availability, and compliance requirements
