Qualifications and Requirements A minimum three-year BSW or other three year social sciences degree is required A four-year HBSW degree is preferred Three or more years experience in Child Welfare/Protection services Supervisory experience preferred Direct service experience with Anishinabek children and families A satisfactory Criminal Records Check, Vulnerable Sector Search Ability to work flexible hours Ability to travel regularly and to act on an "on-call" basis in relation to service requirements Valid Class "G" Driver's license Access to a reliable, personal vehicle $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance Candidates without the specific education qualifications and where the position does not require certified qualification to practice, but who possess an appropriate combination of child welfare experience and other academic qualifications will also be considered.
