IT/OT Service Delivery Manager (Manufacturing & Regulated Systems) As a part of an IT/Operational Technology (IT/OT) team, the employee will oversee the IT systems and operational technology supporting manufacturing and laboratory processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Service Delivery : Execute the IT/OT service strategy, collaborate with IT and OT teams to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with industry best practices. Service Design and Implementation : Lead the design of robust, scalable IT/OT services, maintain SLAs and KPIs, and ensure ITIL practices are followed. Project and Operations Management : Manage the lifecycle of IT/OT projects, oversee day‑to‑day operations, and provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation for major incidents. Regulatory and Quality Assurance : Ensure system compliance with regulations (cell and gene therapy) and participate in internal and external audits. Risk Management & Compliance : Perform risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and implement controls for cybersecurity and data privacy. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement : Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serve as liaison between technical teams and business, and collect program requirements. Team Leadership : Mentor and develop the IT operations team, promote collaboration, and coordinate resources to meet project needs. Qualifications Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) expertise. Proven experience in IT service management, specifically managing IT/OT services. Solid experience with continuous deployment in a highly regulated environment. In‑depth knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Familiarity with industry‑specific regulations and standards (e.g., ISA‑95). #J-18808-Ljbffr
