Senior Developer Relations Manager Electronic Arts (EA) creates next‑level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. This role is part of the EA Digital Platform (EADP) team, focusing on building relationships with game teams and shaping technology that powers EA’s games. Responsibilities Act as EADP’s primary contact for game teams, building deep relationships with GMs, TDs, and production heads. Lead engagements with partner and EADP leadership teams, advocating for the voice of the customer within EADP. Work closely with product and program managers and engineers to coordinate activities that ensure EADP technologies meet game team expectations of schedule and quality. Deliver technical information on EADP products, run platform evangelism activities, build and communicate plans and status updates, and ensure EADP solves customer problems. Report to the Developer Relations Director and work in a hybrid role (3 days a week in Vancouver). Required Qualifications / Skills 5+ years experience in Software Development, Platform Evangelism, Developer Relations or Program Management in a distributed team environment. Experience with highly available online services and platforms. Creative and strategic thinker who can consider needs holistically across a broad spectrum of services. Experience managing senior technical and non‑technical leadership needs. Demonstrable skills in predicting and removing blockers and ability to manage incidents and escalations. Data‑driven decision‑making to inform delivery and prioritization. Bonus Experience Product development experience including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Game development experience. Compensation and Benefits Pay ranges (British Columbia): $138,700 – $199,900 CAD. Benefits include 3 weeks vacation, 10 days sick leave, EI/QPIP top‑up, health/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement plan, and possible bonus and equity.
