**Job Title: Marketing Manager**
Gryphon Development is a real estate development company based in Vancouver, BC. This innovative and fast‐paced company is integrated with in‐house departments executing full project cycles including acquisition, development, construction, sales and marketing and management.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will help building the marketing campaigns for some of Vancouver’s most exciting real estate presale projects. You are passionate about architecture and interior design with a thorough understanding of presale real estate marketing, and always looking for ways to make a difference. You are great at organizing your priorities and communicating with confidence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to launch presale real estate marketing project from start to finish, including product positioning and development, brand development, marketing & sales strategies, public relations, all online and offline marketing assets and collateral creations
- Manage Sales Centre and Display Suite planning, execution and build-out
- Competitor Analysis and Market Trends - Ability to provide feedback/suggestions on the market trends with a close eye on the competitors
- Confidence to lead a marketing project autonomously
- A forward thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing and Communications or related field
- Well connected with Marketing and PR Agencies, experienced in organising sales or corporate events.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Highly fluent in English (in both verbal and written) and at least one other language
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and competing priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing
- Knowledge of Spark CRM and basic HTML an asset, but not required
