Our motivation is the pursuit of better, and it translates to our work and lives. The Career The Risk Assessment Specialist position is a full-time position based in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta. This is a technical lead level position with access to a multi-disciplinary group of professionals. The position requires the development and mentoring of a team in the execution of site and risk assessment programs. Qualifications Proficient in the application of environmental risk assessment modeling tools Current knowledge of environmental regulations (Alberta and Federal) Strong technical knowledge in hydrogeology and geochemistry Proficiency in data analysis, technical reporting, and client communication Proven positive record with provincial regulators regarding approved RMPs You If you are an experienced professional and ready to lead, or an experienced leader, you are encouraged to apply. Undergraduate or graduate degree in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Engineering or related discipline 7+ years relevant work experience in contaminated site assessment, regulatory guideline adjustment, and risk modeling Professional registration in Alberta Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without restriction The Benefit Terex has fostered a collaborative team-based work structure over 20 years that relies on, and values, the contributions of each employee.
