What You'll Do Full-Cycle Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality, multi-platform software solutions. Technical Leadership: Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in architecture, security, and design. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and intermediate developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and collaborative problem-solving. Innovation: Research, prototype, and evaluate new technologies to drive continuous improvement and solve business challenges. Collaboration: Work closely with QA, infrastructure, and product stakeholders in an agile environment, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and release cycles. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both pre-production and production environments, ensuring product stability and performance. Communication: Clearly communicate project progress, technical findings, and potential roadblocks to both technical and non-technical leadership. What You'll Bring A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in application development. Proven expertise in the following areas: Core Stack: C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, VB.NET, Web API (RESTful) Architecture & Patterns: Microservices, Multi-tier Architecture, SOA, and common Design Patterns. Data & ORM: SQL, Entity Framework Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and mobile development. Familiarity with identity and access management solutions like IdentityServer4. Exceptional analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. A natural leader with a passion for mentoring and elevating the skills of the entire team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly. Nice to Have Experience working with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is a strong asset.
