Mississauga Employment type: Regular Position Summary We are looking for a QA System Analyst in 6665 Millcreek Dr, Unit 2, Mississauga, ON L5N 5M4 CAN. Your mission will be to support the daily operations of the QA Systems Department by assisting the department leaders in tracking, maintaining and entering information in data management systems. You are responsible for ensuring databases and timeliness of the product approval processes dictated by the clients of the company. Essential Functions And Responsibilities Review upcoming approvals for all Brands and assist items flow through the approval process with RBI Teams. Determine when to escale tasks with higher priority to the attention of the QA Managers/Suppliers as needed based on timelines. Perform password resets/system training as needed by Suppliers/Distributors or any other stakeholders. Review Qualtrics (guest reported) incidents – determine party responsible and make decision to capture or discard in the client’s system. Open incidents from PDF submitted incidents and determine final responsibility impacting supplier or distribution scorecards. Make judgment calls on escalating incidents that may require further action. Process brand‑specific incidents submitted by restaurants. Send daily communication to distribution centers to ensure they meet the 5‑day timeline as per the client and train distribution center contacts on the system. Handle all ad‑hoc tickets submitted through Freshdesk. Set up raw material suppliers when GAP audits are completed. Work closely with brand’s cross‑functional teams on upcoming projects/launches and follow up to track upcoming approvals. Complete other related duties/projects specific to local business. Communication Internal Interlocutors: Team RBI members (Miami, Oakville and Gainesville RS) External Interlocutors: RBI QA Team Members Physical Demands and Work Environment Office environment with moderate noise (i.e. computers, phones, printers and light traffic). Ability to work at a computer station for an extended period.
