QA System Analyst

We are looking for a QA System Analyst in 6665 Millcreek Dr, Unit 2, Mississauga, ON L5N 5M4 CAN. Your mission will be to support the daily operations of the QA Systems Department by assisting the department leaders in tracking, maintaining and entering information in data management systems. This position is responsible for ensuring databases and timeliness of the product approval processes dictated by the clients of the company.

Qualifications Required

- BS in a related field with 2 years experience

- A high level of problem solving skills

- The ability to analyze, model and interpret data

- A methodical and logical approach

- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines

- Accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

- Review the upcoming approvals for all Brands and assist items flow through the approval process with RBI Teams

- Determine when to escalated tasks with higher priority to the attention of the QA Managers/Suppliers as needed based on timelines

- Perform password resets/system training as needed by Suppliers/Distributors or any other stakeholders

- Review Qualtrics (guest reported) Incidents - when reviewing these incidents submitted, determine the party responsible and make the decision to either capture the incident or not in the client’s system for action

- Open incidents from PDF submitted incidents and make the final determination as to the party responsible which will impact either the Distribution or Supplier’s scorecard

- Make judgment calls on escalating any incidents reported that may require further action

- Process Brand Specific Incidents submitted by Restaurants

- Send daily communication to the Distribution centers to ensure they are meeting the 5 day timeline as per the client and train Distribution Center contacts on the system and how to process these complaints

- Handle all ad hoc tickets submitted through Freshdesk

- Set up the Raw Material suppliers when Suppliers have GAP Audits completed

- Work closely with the brand’s cross functional teams on upcoming projects/launches and send follow ups to track upcoming approvals

- Other related duties/projects specific to the local business

Communication

Internal Interlocutors: Team RBI members (Miami, Oakville and Gainesville RS)

External Interlocutors: RBI QA Team Members

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Office environment with moderate noise (i.e. computers, phones, printers and light traffic). Must have the ability to work at a computer station for an extended period of time.

Compensation Package Overview

Compensation Range $75000 - $85000 annual salary CAD
