Job Details Position Title: Program Liaison Status: Appendix D Contract Hours: 37.5 hours per week Faculty/Department: Education and Training Solutions Campus/Location: 30 Carrier Drive, Etobicoke, ON M9W 5R1 Salary: Payband G – $34.60 – $39.93 per hour Starting Salary: $34.60 Duration of Need: 18 months Deadline to Apply: December 16, 2025 Job Posting: 12/3/2025 Department: Education and Training Solutions About the Department Humber is the accredited delivery provider for a number of Associations and Professional Programs. As such, Humber delivers programs on behalf of Associations that are designed to enhance the learner's knowledge and competencies in specific fields. These programs are designed to provide a level of skills, knowledge, and attitudes to allow new professionals to work in their field directly upon completion of their program. About the Program Liaison Role The Program Liaison’s primary role is to coordinate and ensure delivery of Association and Partnership programs, under the general direction of the Manager. These programs are part of Humber’s continuing professional learning and are offered to adult learners on evenings and/or weekends, in‑class and/or online, throughout the Fall, Winter, and Spring/Summer semesters. Provide a high level of customer service to learners, corporate clients, association executives and members, and provide orientation training, guidance on copyright policy, and general support for instructors. Work with Associations and Partners to source instructors, review course descriptions, outlines and course materials/textbooks to ensure all information and materials are current and accurate each semester. Coordinate logistics of course offerings, determine cancellations or additions, schedule instructors, contracts, classrooms (physical or virtual), order textbooks, and update brochures and marketing materials. Provide input to the Manager to determine the annual budget, assist in planning and marketing of programs, and bring forward new business opportunities as they arise. About You You are passionate about working at Ontario's largest Polytechnic; you thrive on improving productivity and quality that contribute to team success Education 3‑year diploma or degree, or equivalent. Experience / Skills Minimum 3 years of adult‑education related experience, preferably at a post‑secondary institution. Creative thinker who can coordinate multiple projects and events. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong attention to detail; problem‑solving skills; data management and advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite and the ability to organize and prepare professional documents; initiative and good judgment. Commitment to continuing education and knowledge of programs of study and academic progression and regulations. Ability to plan and deliver workshops and information sessions to continuous professional learners, liaise with partners and vendors. Capacity to work in a flexible, fast‑paced environment with ability to meet deadlines; required to work evenings and weekends. Excellent oral and written communication skills to support effective interaction between students, potential students, faculty and staff. Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills to promote learners’ development and academic success. Ability to function with a high degree of independence in decision making.
