Overview Retail Assistant Store Manager – Anaheim, Disneyland (and related roles) with Lids Sports Group. This role focuses on delivering sales results through customer service, adherence to company policies, and supervision of store staff. Base pay range is provided below and may vary by location. Base pay $33,280.00/yr - $68,640.00/yr For California-based roles: Annual pay ranges may fall between $33,280 - $68,640. You may also be offered a bonus, and other benefits. Responsibilities Produce sales gains by providing customer service and meeting or exceeding Company Objectives in all individual statistics. Learn to provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance and offer feedback on strengths and opportunities aligned with Company Objectives. Adhere to current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness. Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the Company Dress Code Policy. Principal Duties And Responsibilities Generate Sales: provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed objectives. Learn to evaluate and document sales performance and provide feedback aligned with Company Objectives. Adhere to visual guidelines, merchandising standards, signage, and store cleanliness. Maintain professional appearance per Dress Code Policy. Control Expenses Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies. Assist in store scheduling to ensure proper coverage within wage guidelines. Manage inventory including receiving, transferring, price changes, and counts, complying with policies and laws. Perform documentation and record keeping per LIDS policies and applicable laws. Open/close the store as required following procedures. Additional Principal Duties And Responsibilities Supervise Associates: participate in training, set goals, and follow up; assist in recruiting and training store personnel; ensure compliance with policies; perform duties of subordinates as needed; communicate across the organization; other duties as assigned. Job Required Knowledge & Skills High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience. Ability to generate sales results while minimizing loss; strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computers and relevant software; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to climb a ladder and work overhead; standing for up to 100% of work time; ability to work unsupervised. Preferred Job Required Knowledge & Skills Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Managers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
