About the Role: Our client is looking for a talented UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with product, business, and development teams to design effective interfaces, conduct user research, and iterate designs to ensure exceptional user experiences. Mandatory: Public sector experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user experience research using interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, card sorting, and other methods. Translate research findings into actionable deliverables such as user journeys, personas, wireframes, mockups, service blueprints, and prototypes. Facilitate design thinking workshops and lead project teams in ideating solutions for complex product and service challenges. Design interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms using Figma and design systems. Collaborate in an Agile, sprint-based environment and contribute to iterative product development (Discovery, Agile, Beta, Live). Communicate design ideas clearly through documentation, presentations, and reports. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Strong UX research and synthesis skills. Experience in service design and high-level documentation of front-end and back-end systems. Proficiency in Figma and design systems. Agile experience and understanding of iterative product development cycles. Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities. Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
