Job Title: CNC Programmer Job Description Join our team as a Senior CNC Programmer for a leading aerospace manufacturer, where your expertise in CNC programming will be crucial in advancing our production capabilities. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5 axis milling and turning machines. Lead and mentor junior programmers and operators, ensuring high-quality production standards. Oversee the use of nickel, titanium, and Inconel materials, ensuring precision and efficiency. Implement and manage Renishaw probing routines for tool offset compensation and in-process verification. Utilize advanced CNC editing/programming tools such as Mastercam, Cimco Edit, and CAM software for G code, M code, and post processor editing. Apply CAD software knowledge for creating and modifying 3D models. Ensure the effective use of shop floor inspection tools for quality control. Contribute to machine tool setter programming and CNC deburring programming processes. Essential Skills 10+ years of experience in CNC programming. Proficiency in programming for 3, 4, and 5 axis milling and turning machines. 2+ years of experience in a senior or lead role. Experience with materials such as nickel, titanium, and Inconel. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Fanuc & Siemens programming. Proficiency in Fanuc Macro. Experience in Renishaw probing routines. Advanced understanding of CNC programming and editing, including Mastercam, Cimco Edit, and CAM software. CAD software experience, including AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Inventor. Deep knowledge of cutting tool geometry, parameters, materials, and coatings. Why Work Here?
