The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading successful construction projects and possess a strong systematic approach to construction management.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction for multifamily projects.- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the product design is feasible and practical.- Create and manage work flows,munication, and scheduling using the latest technology.- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project, including contractors, vendors, and clients.- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during the construction process.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.- 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multifamily projects.- Strong knowledge of 4-6 storey woodframe, condo/apartment, and purpose-built rental construction.- Proven ability to manageplex projects from conception topletion.- Proficient in the latest construction technology to implement effective work flows,munication, and scheduling tools.- Excellent relationship building andmunication skills, both written and verbal.
