Sr. IT Technical Recruiter | I am recruiting Top Technical Talent for Canada’s Financial Services Industry Business Analyst - IT Location: Scarborough, Ontario Hybrid: 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) Contract Duration: 01/05/2026 to 06/30/2026 Possibility of Extension & Conversion to FTE: Possible extension, no FTE Candidate Value Proposition: Exposure to various cyber security teams and also being involved in launching MFA to US users. The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all app owners’ applications are fully boarded to the organization’s multi-factor authentication systems. This includes registration via either Windows Hello for Business (WHFB) or the Windows Authenticator app. The target is to reach 100% adoption as quickly as possible, reducing the number of unregistered applications to zero. Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst partnering with business and technology stakeholders. 5+ years' experience in multi-factor authentication (MFA) concepts and security. 5+ years’ experience with Windows Hello for Business (WHFB) and Microsoft Authenticator. 5+ years of experience in creating dashboards or trackers for progress monitoring. 5+ years’ experience in documenting swim lane diagrams. Nice-To-Have Skills Experienced in triaging and managing issues. Experienced in Identity Access Management. Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for tracking user responses and generating reports. Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or Cybersecurity Space. Best VS. Average Candidate: Someone who has experience rolling out MFA.
