Summary We are looking for a high‑output, analytical, and skilled Data Migrations Specialist to add value, energy, and technical expertise to our team. You not only have the technical chops but also have mastered the art of customer experience to deliver on data migration sessions as part of a customer’s full life cycle, setting them up for long‑term success and consistently exceeding expectations. This role is open to candidates in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto. What your team does The Data Migrations team, part of our Customer Success Department, specializes in migrating customer data from legacy products into Clio. Responsibilities include exporting, importing, processing and cleansing data, performing ETL tasks, and supporting our customer onboarding function. We also collaborate with Customer Enablement and Product teams to automate processes and improve tooling. What you’ll work on Work closely with Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialists to ensure a smooth transition into our product. Perform data transformations and imports from various sources (often CSV and SQL) into Clio, handling escalated data processing cases. Provide superb customer service throughout the data migration process. Manage multiple client cases simultaneously with strict observance of tasks and deadlines. Communicate confidently and sensitively with customers and internal partners. Contribute to customer‑facing knowledge articles. Partner with Customer Enablement and Tech Esc teams to develop processes for data transformation, extraction, and training activities. Maintain a deep understanding of the Clio product and common workflows. Continuously seek process and technology improvements to enhance the customer journey and automate functions. Complete other duties as required. What you may have Healthy customer obsession and focus on delivering an exceptional client experience. Expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., proficiency with Lookups, Trim, IfError, and other formulas). Ability to recognize and interpret patterns. Proactive mindset and creative problem‑solving skills. Effortless communication skills, confident and sensitive to the needs of customers of all abilities. Experience with coding or scripting. Demonstrated keen interest in improving your craft, including the use of AI. Serious bonus points if you have Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools. Experience working with API‑driven applications. Proven track record in a dynamic startup environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
