**The Role**:
We are currently looking for a **Data Migration Specialist** to join our growing **Customer Success** team In this role, you will be responsible for helping our new customers effortlessly migrate their historical data into Push. The Data Migration is an important milestone in the customer onboarding process, as it allows customers to continue where they have left off and realize our value. With expertise in Microsoft Excel, data manipulation, and troubleshooting, the Data Migration Specialist plays a critical role in setting up our customers for long-term success right from the start.

We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Implementation team and our customers to ensure a successful transition of historical data and account setup,
- Communicate timelines and requirements while maintaining a high standard of work to support the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders,
- Extract, transform, and load historical customer data from their previous software provider into the Push platform,
- Partner with the Product and Customer Success teams to improve processes increasing the department's overall efficiency,
- Maintain accurate customer records and activities within our systems.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a data entry/management role processing large amounts of information and inputting large volumes of data,
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (you are comfortable with pivot tables and formulas such as XLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.),
- Proven analytical skills with superb attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities at a time while maintaining departmental Service Level Agreements.
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences
- Experience with programming is a huge asset
- Previous experience in creating processes and writing comprehensive Standard Operating Platforms.

**Bonus Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience using Power Query and/or VBA
- Experience using Salesforce and JIRA
- Experience with Python language, SQL
- Experience in Payroll
