Technical Product Owner

Job Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Solutions Architect, or Senior Engineer transitioning to product management.
• Hands-on experience with modern backend architectures, API development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience in backlog grooming, writing technical user stories, and working in Agile engineering teams.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and cloud security.
• Understanding of database migrations, caching strategies, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, etc.).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical advisory sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise IT architecture.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and security frameworks (OAuth, IAM).

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner (TPO) to lead the discovery, architecture planning, and roadmap definition for complex technical products.
• This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, who can bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution, and who excels in defining scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
• As a TPO, you will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to drive technical discovery and ensure smooth product execution.
• You will be responsible for making data-driven decisions, prioritizing backend initiatives, and aligning product development with long-term technical strategies.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed remotely and the salary range will be $135,000/yr to $140,000/yr and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
