THE ROLE Join the CAF Sports Team as our Corporate Communications Manager What You’ll Do Develop and lead communications strategies that bring CAF Sports to life across Canada. Write, edit and create engaging content for web, social media and print. Build buzz for national sporting events, athlete stories and community programmes. Partner with teams, coaches and athletes to showcase their achievements. Manage digital platforms, track engagement and keep our storytelling game strong. Collaborate across CFMWS to ensure every campaign reflects our shared mission. What You Bring Strong project management and collaboration skills (you’re a team player, through and through). QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses College diploma or certificate in Communications, Marketing, Public/Media Relations or a related field AND several years of experience in communications, public/media relations or a related field. Experience In managing, developing and executing communications plans In planning, coordinating and delivering corporate materials In assessing strategic communications approach and/or stakeholder engagement issues In communications and public relations In drafting and editing strategic communications and stakeholder engagement materials In planning and conducting presentations and meetings In conducting research and analysis In writing for different audiences, including digital spaces In working with graphics and/or promotional designers In project management In negotiating service contracts and working with various suppliers In budget administration In managing websites and content management systems Competencies, Skills and Abilities Client focus, organisational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
