Every employee starts out entry‑level as a Recruiter and is taught from the ground up. From day one you’ll have a team of mentors to show you the ropes, provide context, tools, and give guidance every step of the way. The opportunities are endless, and we’ll partner with you to map out a journey based on your unique potential and passion. Recruiter Responsibilities Conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews using internal database, job boards, and LinkedIn. Learn to develop business relationships with clients, guided by a mentor. Enroll in classes at Insight Global University. Recruiting is the foundation of your career and will prepare you for promotion into sales as an Account Manager, typically around 10 months. Account Manager Responsibilities Develop sales through cold calling, lead generation, consultant engagement, and meeting preparation. Build long‑lasting partnerships with clients, understand their business, and act as a consultant to fill hiring needs. Mentor a Recruiter from their first day until promotion, just as someone did for you. Compensation & Benefits Access to the most lucrative commission structure in the industry.
