Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Financial Service Operations (FSO) Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect specializing in Financial Service Operations, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to the unique needs of financial institutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and drive successful implementation. Responsibilities: Collaborate with financial services clients to understand their operational challenges and requirements related to financial service operations. Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for financial service operations, including incident management, problem management, change management, compliance, and risk management. Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and present solution designs. Develop comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans. Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to implement financial service operations solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring successful delivery of solutions on time and within budget. Collaborate with other teams, including ServiceNow developers, system administrators, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of solutions with other modules and functionalities. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices related to financial service operations, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on financial service operations for at least 1 year. Strong understanding of financial services industry processes and regulations, with experience in incident management, problem management, change management, compliance, and risk management. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Financial Service Operations modules and functionalities, including ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for financial service operations, preferably within the financial services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with financial services clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Financial Service Operations, are highly desirable.
