You’ll respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints, help resolve commercial issues, and support sales and bidding activities for prospective contracts. Although the role has no direct reports, you’ll play a key part in ensuring company resources are aligned for successful contract execution. Location: On‑site, Cambridge, ON Your Day to Day as our Customer Service Representative: Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Assist with sales and bidding activities for new contract opportunities. Negotiate and resolve commercial issues with customers. Coordinate engineering support to ensure timely, contract‑compliant deliverables. Communicate contract requirements to manufacturing and monitor progress to ensure compliance. Monitor project financial performance and take action to meet cost and scope commitments. Set and manage engineering and manufacturing priorities, resolving any conflicts. Collaborate with other divisions to secure support and drive successful contract execution. Required Qualifications: 10 years of project management experience in construction or manufacturing. Strong understanding of the nuclear industry and related projects. Excellent analytical and technical writing skills.
