Essential Functions Provide advice and coaching to leaders and managers on HR issues and skill development. Conduct HR interventions tailored to business needs and operational challenges. Offer expertise on working conditions and labor relations. Collaborate with HR colleagues to support staffing, compensation, training and organizational development. Act as a change agent, supporting managers through organizational transformations. Implement initiatives to enhance HRM measures, practices and policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management. Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience and holder of the CRHA designation. Strong experience in labor relations management. Excellent analytical, synthesis and organizational skills. Strong communication, influencing and leadership abilities. Adaptability to new situations and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in French and English (verbal and written). Eligibility Criteria Must be eligible to register with the Controlled Goods Program. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
