About the Role Work as a full‑time Sales Consultant at AutoPlanet Brampton, delivering exceptional customer service on all interactions and consistently exceeding customer expectations. Maintain solid product knowledge of manufacturer‑specific vehicles, rebate, finance, and incentive programs. Project a positive attitude and ensure all work is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion. Attend factory‑sponsored and dealer‑specified training classes as scheduled. Answer Customer Service phone calls relating to car sale inquiries and keep customers updated on vehicle delivery progress. Follow up with factory and distributors regarding late vehicle deliveries and comply with strict OMVIC regulations. Demonstrate strong time‑management, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Other duties as required by management. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required). Automotive sales experience (preferred). OMVIC certification (required). Dealer CRM system experience (required). Valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record (required). Strong computer and verbal communication skills (required). Willingness to work weekends and be flexible with schedules (required). Professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude under pressure (required). Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary of $50,000 – $150,000 per year plus performance bonuses.
