As a Floral Clerk, you will engage with customers, assist them with their floral needs, and maintain product displays to company standards. Your role is essential in ensuring that inventory meets customer demands while contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service in floral displays
• Maintain and stock floral product shelves
• Ensure accurate scanning and assist with inventory needs
• Set up promotions and company-directed programs
• Keep the flower department neat and safe
Requirements:
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stay active throughout shifts
• Attention to detail and commitment to team collaboration
• Desire to learn about floral products and customer service
