As a vital part of our Store Team, you will deliver excellent customer service and uphold our commitment to quality. In this position, you will learn about product management, accurate scanning, and department organization. Your role supports our mission to enhance the shopping experience and aligns with our dedication to community values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service at the salad bar
• Maintain and stock salad displays according to standards
• Ensure accurate scanning and identify inventory needs
• Set up promotions as directed by management
• Keep department areas clean and safe
Requirements:
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Team-oriented approach in a busy setting
